A popular site for people to do this is Twitch.
The live-streaming video platform has experienced a large increase in usage, seemingly due to the coronavirus pandemic.
According to data retrieved from TwitchTracker and a report by Quartz, Twitch has broadcast over 2 billion hours of footage since the end of February.
In March, the platform experienced a significant increase in the number of active streamers compared to previous months.
