Jeremy: she's done an outstanding job, continues to do an outstanding job every day with our kids.

She builds relationships two kids.

Meets them exactly where they are.

Builds relationships with kids.

Loves kids and that's a big reason why, i think it's a big reason why she got nominated for this award.

Natural sound: jill: i think that i am, first and foremost a child of god, a wife, a teacher, a friend, a daughter.

I put everything into teaching while i am here.

But i also am more than a teacher so i try to have balance.

She knows the students so well and she communicates effectively.

And disciplines well and all around just a lover of kids and the classroom.

Jill: well i think that it is a calling for sure.

I wouldn't say that everyone should happen into a classroom.

It can be some of the hardest days but some of the most rewarding days.

Student 1: i like being in here because the teachers are really nice to the students.

Student 2: she's, she's one of the most wonderful teacher i've ever had.

Student 3: it's always fun in here student 4: i listen because she is nice student 5: of all my best friends are here.

And i love people.

Jill: i think a lot of teachers go into education with a mentality of fixing things and making things better.

And i think after years of teaching and having more experience with difficult situations you can do realize that i can't fix everything.

Having opportunities to make an impact on the child's life is something that i had as a child.

And i want to give that to my students.
