They will be ready to go.

Saturday was a historic day for the heritage hills basketball team, the patriots won their first sectional title since 2003.

To be able to finally capture it and being so close in the last couple years really hurt, but, i think it really propelled us to get over the top this year and, it's just a really exciting time here in the heritage hills community.

It was great to get over the hump we didn't get over the past three years.

Not only did the pats claim the sectional crown, they also has also turned up the heat lately as they have won 17 in a row.

It's great to start clicking towards the end of the year and that's when you want to be clicking, we've put together some good games and we're going to look to put together some more.

It's been amazing, we've stayed in the gym every practice and we haven't slacked off and it's finally paying off.

We're playing at a really high level and it just shows that work that we've put in all season long, and how much better we've gotten, as we got through the season, as december was done we sat at ?3, played a really demanding tough schedule, but ultimately it made us really really good.

Waiting for them in the first game of regionals will be silver creek, a team the patriots faced once this year, and the boys in lincoln city know what they must clean up this time around.

They have a great team, a bunch of really great players, we've played them already this season, played them really close, we're just looking to come out and play strong and stick to our game plan.

We're just going to have to come up and play defense and also play with a lot of confidence, i mean we played them at the beginning of the season and we went into overtime with them and we didn't get the results we wanted but i think this time we can get the results we want.

We learned that we are going to have to finish the game, that game it came down to it and we didn't finish and this time we're going to have to finish.
