When President Trump Could Implement 25% Tariffs

But first, let's back up.
In case you missed it, President Trump announced a 10% tariff late last week.
And then, Monday morning, the yuan weakened to a decade low versus the dollar.
Cramer said that he now expects President Trump to hike tariffs to 25% on Sept.
Here's what he said: "Okay, so everything's going to have 25% tariff.
So they go to September 1, on September 2, if the Chinese haven't bought any [agriculture], which they probably won't," said Cramer.
