Stingrays travel 33 miles to their new home

Two large stingrays travel 33 miles across land to their new home at ZSL Whipsnade Zoo's Aquarium.

Zookeepers used special rubber nets and tasty treats to swiftly transfer them into a safe container.

Then the two female stingrays started to travel from ZSL London and up the M1 motorway to their new digs.

Polka and Dot are sharing the new tank with 30 threatened and extinct species from Brazilian flooded forests.
