(SOUNDBITE) (English) TENNIS PLAYER, NOVAK DJOKOVIC, SAYING: "Well, I am satisfied so far with my game.

I mean, I reached the quarter-finals and played as close to my best tennis on clay as I think I can be at the moment.

I'm really pleased with every aspect of my game.

Everything is coming together beautifully.

I'm motivated to fight for the trophy, yes, that's why I'm here but there's still a long way to go." STORY: Novak Djokovic sent an ominous warning to his French Open rivals on Monday (June 3) as he breezed through Jan-Lennard Struff in straight sets to reach the quarter-finals in Paris.

Djokovic won the match against Germany's Struff 6-3, 6-2, 6-2, and is yet to lose a set in this year's tournament.

After the match, the Serbian world number one said he is playing as 'close to his best' as he can and that his game is 'coming together beautifully'.

Djokovic now moves on to face German fifth seed Alexander Zverev.

Japan's Kei Nishikori extinguished the hot-headed Benoit Paire's fiery challenge to book his place in the quarter-finals of the French Open with an error-strewn 6-2 6-7(8) 6-2 6-7(8) 7-5 victory on Monday.

Local favourite Paire's lack of focus was the key to a match that was interrupted by failing light on Sunday (June 2), as the Japanese seventh seed set up a meeting with 11-times champion Rafa Nadal.
