Lincolnshire council leaders and Mayor unite on Lindsey Oil Refinery in letter to Ed Miliband

The leaders of the three senior councils in Lincolnshire and the Mayor have jointly written to Energy Security and Net Zero Secretary Ed Miliband requesting an urgent meeting over Lindsey Oil Refinery.
