Campaigners fear industrial estate could be sold and turned into luxury flats

A campaign group has started a petition to try to prevent a parcel of public land being sold for luxury flats. Brighton and Hove City Council appeared to deny that Freshfield Industrial Estate, in Stevenson Road, Brighton, would be sold for housing, given the long leases on the site and the focus there on jobs.
