Bishop of Motherwell pays tribute to Pope Francis following Pontiff's death

Bishop Joseph Toal, who was named by Pope Francis as the fifth Bishop of Motherwell in 2014, is currently in Lourdes with a group but gave a short statement after receiving the news.
