Three dead and two hospitalised after eating desserts in UK hospitals as listeria outbreak spreads

The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) and Food Standards Agency (FSA) have launched a joint investigation into five cases of Listeria monocytogenes, with three of the hospitalised patients sadly dying.
