Somerset Woman runs London Marathon in honour of her Grandad

Joining the thousands of runners at this year’s London Marathon was Sophie Elbourn , from Charlton Adam, taking part to benefit the work of Macmillan Cancer Support out of gratitude for the care they gave her beloved Grandfather and the rest of the family during his final months.
