Princess Anne leaves crowds in fits of laughter as she issues firm chocolate cake instruction

The Princess Royal visited the Wormwood Scrubs Pony Centre this week for it's 35th anniversary where she was asked to cut a special cake which she only agreed to do based on one condition.
