Herefordshire Greens 'very disappointed at LibDems letting Tories in'

Herefordshire’s nine-strong Green group say they are "deeply disappointed" that the Liberal Democrats’ refusal to work with them enabled the Conservatives to form a minority administration to run the county yesterday (May 20).
