Modern Family cast reunites as Jesse Tyler Ferguson officiates Sarah Hyland’s wedding

Modern Family star Sarah Hyland tied the knot to partner Wells Adams over the weekend and invited her former fictional family along for the ride. 

The actor – who plays Hayley Dunphy in the hit comedy sitcom – was joined by her TV co-stars, who she worked with for over 10 years, and they had the cutest time.

The familiar faces included Ariel Winter (Alex Dunphy), Julie Bowen (Claire Dunphy), Nolan Gould (Luke Dunphy), Sofia Vegara (Gloria) and Jesse Tyler Ferguson (Mitchell).

The stars have been uploading their photos to social media and in the most adorable twist, it turns out Ferguson was the one who officiated the wedding.
