Higgins has ‘set back north-south relations’ by not attending centenary service

Irish President Michael D Higgins’ decision not to attend a centenary church service in Armagh next month has “set back north-south relations” in Ireland, DUP leader Sir Jeffrey Donaldson has claimed.
