Essex migrant deaths: Lorry 'was spotted offloading people 12 days earlier'

A "shocked" eyewitness called police three times about people jumping out of a lorry nearly a fortnight before the deaths of 39 migrants, a court case involving two defendants from Northern Ireland has heard.
