50 Bank Holiday weekend lockdown fines issued in Devon and Cornwall

Between April 1 and May 28 Devon and Cornwall Police issued at total of 989 fixed penalty notices in relation to breaches of COVID-19 legislation - almost a quarter to people from outside of the force area.
