Liverpool make decision on Diogo Jota and Andre Silva tributes ahead of Preston friendly

Liverpool CEO Billy Hogan has confirmed that the club will pay tribute to Diogo Jota and Andre Silva before Sunday's pre-season friendly against Preston North End.
