Premier League clubs allowed to play friendlies against teams within 90 minutes away

All 20 teams were informed on Tuesday that they will be permitted to play friendlies before 'Project Restart' sees the season resume on 17 June as long as players drive themselves to games and club staff officiate instead of referees
