Two Men Sentenced After Fatal Road Traffic Collision, Baildon

Two men involved in a fatal road traffic collision in Baildon in 2023 have been sentenced to more than 20 years in prison.

Jordan Spalding aged 23 of Wharncliffe Crescent admitted causing death by dangerous driving  and Shakeel Ahmed 29, of Moresby Road admitted aiding and abetting in the causation of death by dangerous driving.

The offences relate to a one vehicle road traffic collision on Baildon Road on 3 January 2023.  

18 year old Amber Deakin was a passenger in the car, she sadly died in the incident.
