Appeal: Robbery, St Matthew's Road, Dewsbury

Police are appealing for information following a robbery in Dewsbury.

The victim had just withdrawn a small amount of money from a cash machine in High Street, Westtown, when he was followed by two males on to St Matthew Road.

The males, who were wearing face coverings but were described as white, made demands for the cash and pushed the victim to the ground before running off towards Crow’s Nest Park, which is where they were believed to have come from.
