Appeal for Witnesses - Allegation of Assault Spring Hall Gardens, Halifax

Police are appealing for witnesses after an allegation of assault on Spring Hall Gardens, Halifax on Sunday 16 August.
The incident happened at around 3pm when, it is alleged, a man in his 30s was assaulted.

He was not injured during the incident.

A man was arrested on suspicion of assault and assault on an emergency worker. He was released under investigation in relation to both allegations.
