UPDATE: Burglary, Plymouth

Police have charged a man in connection with a burglary at a residential address in Plymouth last week, which subsequently involved a police chase lasting several hours.

Police were called to Southwell Road at around 4.20pm, Monday 3 August, following a report of a burglary and assault.

Thomas Guest, 30, from Plymouth, has been charged with burglary and assault, causing actual bodily harm, and has been remanded in custody to appear at Plymouth Crown Court on Friday 14 August.
