Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday expressed grief over the loss of lives in the stampede incident near Mansa Devi Temple in Uttarakhand's Haridwar and announced Rs 2 lakh financial aid for families of the deceased from Uttar Pradesh.
