In the state assembly on Friday, Bhagwant Mann, the CM of Punjab, stated, "You cannot issue us certificates of patriotism." The CM also criticised PM Narendra Modi's Pakistan visit and said, "We (India and Pakistan's Punjab provinces) have a shared culture."
