Mutual Dance Theatre hits its stride after challenges of merger, pandemic

There may have been no worse time to complete the merger of two performing arts organizations than the spring of 2020. But that’s what two leading, local modern dance groups did just a couple months after the Covid-19 virus spread and shut down theaters, stages, classes and auditoriums here and around the country.
