California restaurants paying new $20 minimum wage appear to be cutting jobs

New jobs data shows California fast-food employment declined by nearly 3% in the first six months since a fast-food worker minimum wage of $20 per hour went into effect, during a time when fast-food employment nationwide has been trending up.
