Africa: Clarion Call for AfCFTA Trade to Begin in 2021

[Manchester Trade] Washington, DC -- In this brief Manchester Trade paper, we argue that unless intra-African trade under the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA) begins on a timely basis, Africa's credibility as a serious player in the global economy will suffer a demoralizing blow.
