Velagapalli Varaprasada Rao is an Indian politician and was a Member of Parliament of the 16th Lok Sabha from Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. He won the Indian general election, 2014 being a Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party candidate.
