Andy Byron, CEO of $1.3 billion tech firm Astronomer, is facing major backlash after a viral video showed him cuddling HR head Kristin Cabot at a Coldplay concert when the infamous ‘kiss cam’ landed on them.
The awkward moment—Byron ducking and Cabot covering her face—has fueled cheating allegations.
Now, former employees are speaking out, branding him a “toxic boss” with a history of aggressive behavior.
A former colleague told the press that ex-staff are “laughing their a** off” at the exposure, claiming Byron often lashed out at employees who disagreed with him.
This isn’t the first time Byron’s leadership style has been questioned.
A 2018 report also cited similar complaints during his stint at Cybereason.
Byron denied all such claims back then, attributing criticism to “difficult decisions.” As the scandal spreads across social media, the spotlight intensifies on corporate ethics, workplace culture, and personal boundaries.
