Eyewitnesses express their dismay after a car ploughed into a crowd of fans at the Liverpool FC’s Premier League victory parade on Monday evening.
One eyewitness says, “it just brought the whole day down”.
A 53-year-old man thought to be the driver, is currently in police custody.
