In just 40 days, the Biden Administration plans to agree to what amount to two international treaties that will give the World Health Organization (WHO) the ability to define and control the United States’ response to public health emergencies, in direct breach of its officials’ sworn oaths to “support and defend” the U.S. Constitution.
