Paul continues making his case for Justification by grace, accessed by faith, made possible by the finished work of Christ, and according to the will of God.
He anticipated and rebutted numerous objections.
Then in chapter 8 Paul started fully developing his premise that despite our being justified by grace, God still has expectations of us.
