Currently, multiple firefighters are on the scene dealing with a fire at the Phillips 66 refinery in Billings, Montana.
Thick plumes of black smoke can be seen for miles coming from the refinery.
Officials have reported that there were no injuries, and all personnel are accounted for.
Phillips 66 has completed air monitoring within the community, and there were no findings indicating danger to the public.
