In the Dominican Republic, off the coast of Bayahibe beach, diver and good Samaritan Raffa Wake-Valais Sarbach from Switzerland saved the day when he came across a frightened stingray who had gotten hooked on a ghost fishing line and was unable to swim away.
But Raffa knew what to do and got to work.
