To many Latin American Families, Lechon, or roasted pig, is a traditional dinner, especially around the holidays.
To honor this, the owners of Latin Cafe 2000, started their own tradition of pardoning pigs and piglets ahead of Christmas.
2023 makes the 6th year pigs have been pardoned in Miami-Dade county and it’s gonna keep happening.
