The family of Captain Sir Tom Moore have arrived at court to appeal against an order to demolish an unauthorised spa pool block built at the home of Captain Sir Time Moore daughter.
Central Bedfordshire Council will hear how Hannah Ingram-Moore and her husband Colin were granted permission to build a Captain Tom Foundation Building on the grounds of their home in Bedfordshire in 2021.
