A surge in killer whale attacks on boats near Europe's Iberian Peninsula has led scientists to believe that orcas are teaching each other how to sink vessels.
The theory suggests that one traumatized female orca, named White Gladis, started attacking boats after being traumatized by one.
Other orcas learned this behavior and passed it on to their young.
