Today, the barns and farmers of South Florida need our help.
These are entire families who have dedicated their lives to working in the fields to support their children and provide us with fresh and high-quality products.
I will do everything in my power to help them, and know that this is just the beginning.
Thanks to Commissioner Kionne McGhee for raising the voice of the farmers and to everyone who supported the approval of ordinance 4C.
It is important to recognize the positive impact of agritourism on our community and the benefits it brings to the local economy, as well as the preservation of our agricultural heritage.
