Russian border town shelled with grad missiles – governor

The Russian town of Shebekino, which lies on the border with Ukraine, has been hit by an artillery strike, according to the regional governor.

The Ukrainian military fired Grad missiles, hitting an administration building, as well as a dormitory and a passing bus, according to the governor.

Eight people have been reported injured.

Video of the aftermath shows the roof of the dormitory still ablaze as ambulance crews attend the scene.

The town also appears to be without power following the attack, the governor added.
