The south Durban suburb of Wentworth has been at the centre of a bloody and violent drug war.
At the start of April, police said they dealt a major blow to the feared Hollywood gang when the Hawks anti gang unit burst through an upmarket flat in Morningside and killed four members of the gang.
The father of one of the deceased, a former narcotics policeman, Gregory Loftus said the men in the flat were executed by police and weapons placed in their hands.
