Sylvain Rochon, is a French Canadian Biochemist, with Degrees in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering and Education, from the University of Ottawa, Canada.
He is one of three founding members of The Alliance for ET Diplomatic Contact.
He is a long time member of the Raelian Movement founded in 1973 by Claude Vorhilon, who took the name Rael, and founded the movement after having two major face to face encounters with a race of extra terrestrials who told him they were humanity's creators, the ELOHIM, The symbol on the badge worn on their clothing is the symbol that became the logo for the Raelian Movement.
