On Friday 3rd April 2015, Saudi led coalition airstrikes hit the village of Hajar Ekah which lies to the West of Bani Matar area in Sanaa, Yemen.
11 civilians were killed, including 2 women and 6 children, the youngest of whom was just 1 day old, and 6 others were injured, including 2 women and 2 children.
Other homes were also severely damaged.
