County, FL Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) 9-13-22: Brad Benson presents a Federal District Court Lawsuit [8:22-cv-1955-WFJ-MRM] against machine based election systems and credits Tore Says and the work of many people nationwide.
The BOCC received roughly three reams of paper, which included Tore's Affidavit to the Supreme Court (and other courts), the Dennis Montgomery Declaration (which is part of Lindell's work), the J Alex Halderman Report and numerous other documents obtained through our affiliation with various Tore Says Groups in Florida and around the country.
These are now part of the Hernando County Permanent Record.
As noted in the video, the suit was also hand-delivered to the Offices of Governor Ron DeSantis and FL Secretary of State Cord Byrd on 9-12-22.
