Pennsylvania Republican Gubernatorial candidate Doug Mastriano joined Donald Trump on stage in Wilkes-Barre Saturday evening.
Mastriano told the crowd that when he becomes Governor, "On Day One we're out of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.
We're going to drill and dig like no tomorrow".
