TMZ is making a motion to intervene and request a protective order on their former employee to prevent them from disclosing a confidential source.
If they succeed, the TMZ witness will not be allowed to testify.
If they fail, we'll perhaps get to find out who gave the video footage and the tip-off to TMZ.
