The amendments follow the publication of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange HKEX Consultation Conclusions on Listing Regime for Overseas Issuers which adopted the proposals set out in Hong Kong Stock Exchange HKEX Consultation Paper on Listing Regime for Overseas Issuers.
