PM 'ebullient' before 1922 Committee after Commons apology

MP for Workington Mark Jenkinson says the prime minister was in his "usual ebullient mood" when he met with the 1922 Committee having offered an apology to Parliament for his lockdown breaches.

Jenkinson says the "overriding issue" of the meeting was the cost of living and they need to now "concentrate on the job at hand".
