Trudeau’s blame game of Harper and the Tories continue

After tabling his Emissions Reduction Plan on Tuesday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was quick to blame former Prime Minister Stephen Harper for the Liberals failing to meet target goals in the oil and gas sector.
