I think Russia will buy up all the silver to strike back at these global bank cartels who have waged a war on humans and FREEDOM .
Putin I think knows if he drives the silver price up it will break these banks that are sanctioning him because they use silver to rig the whole market and they have mostly fake paper silver contracts .
